I’ve been trying for the past few hours to activate remote access on the Giga Connect box, but I just can’t find it. I need the remote access to access my home server from work. Does the Giga Connect box not support remote access? (Public IP:8080)

I can no longer find the option on the Giga Connect Box. I recommend that you download and install the Connect App from the App Store for your phone.

There you can restart your modem and make a few settings with the Connect App.

adrianlondon I can’t find the remote option for modem port 8080 on my Gigabox either.

vekia , to open your server at home for the Internet, you can set everything according to this guide.

I have a feeling that this isn’t about remote access to the router, but a “port forwarding” type question as they’re looking to access a server on their home network.
