Today around lunch time I lost internet access, and the arrow icon was flashing in green. After a few reboots I decided to do a factory reset and now the status light (the one that i supposed to be white) is bliinking green.

I tried to call support a few times but my call keeps dropping (I have poor signal at home). Any thoughts?
