Hi Team,
When connecting the cable from our gigabit modem to the wall socket the cable does not stay in the wall properly. Looking at the socket closely it looks like the female connection inside is damaged so must not be gripping the male connection properly (it’s a 2 hole socket).
Everytime the cable moves slightly the connection drops out and we have to push the cable back in in order to use the internet again. Is there anything you can do to help resolve this such as replacing the existing 2 hole socket?
