Low Bandwidth daily frequent drop outs to Wifi

In the last week or so I have had frequent Wifi drop outs whilst streaming and also while watching programs from the UPC TV box which is connected to the Connect Box by WiFi.
While trying to watch replays or recordings the TV would say Buffering and then a message CS2005 or something similar indicating that there is good signal quality but there is LOW bandwidth.
Low bandwidth occurs when there are multiple devices connected and all trying to grab the bandwidth for their own processes. But Although have several devices connected these are being shared over 2.5 and 5.0 GHz with my Mesh Extender.
Everything was working just fine up until about a week ago, then a few days ago the UPC servers were down and the drop outs are continuing to become more frequent during the day and evening.
I have the same Bandwidth name for bot and both use the same password which should allow for load balancing of the bandwidth between each of the connected devices.
I have tried to shutdown the Connect Box for a short period and restart everything again, but this has not improved the issues. Even though my portal says for my home address everything is working correctly, it is becoming more frustrating having to reset the connect box or re-connect with WPS each time.
If this continues much longer I might have to look at alternative internet providers and use your new method of cancellation that you are now publicising. ☹ Perhaps the techies can look into this from the server side, to make sure my configuration has been set correctly or may need adjusting.?

Gabriella We have checked your line and everything is fine.

The following tips may help you to find a solution:

your two WIFIs have the same name
please add _2.4GHz at the end of the SSID name for 2.4 GHz
change the password for the 2.4GHz WIFI and use another one than the 5GHz WIFI
Then connect the UPC TV Box to the 2.4GHz WIFI.

I also notice that there are many WIFIs in your property. It looks like this in your 2.4 GHz:

So, for example, with the UPC modem, if all else fails, you could disable all WIFIs and only use your Netgear mesh system.

Thank you Daniele
It seems to have worked by separating the bandwidths with their own passwords and naming.
There are practically no drop out or constant buffering now.
