The duration of my subscription is ended last month (internet+TV (Happy Home300) ), and I received the bill for this month with higher price (which is the regular price for the package I guess). Firstly, I tried to call the customer service to make a new subscription, but I could not hear an English option to communicate on the phone. I also open an online request to be called, but nobody called me. Then, I tried to change my subscription via “ MyUPC” portal. However, it did not work and a message appeared by saying that I need to call the customer service to do this change. I could not find any way to communicate by chat with the customer service So could you tell me how to reach to the customer service??
