Creating a new thread
Unfortunately, my internet connection is very unstable and I have ro restart the modem several times a day when working.
I can’t leave the box on overnight without restarting in the morning since the internet connection will be down or I can at least not access several websites (quite often Google services are still available - must be DNS issues).
Very often my company VPN is not available anymore due to ports which are apparently already used.
Also, calls (in Teams and other apps) break down and I have to reconnect during work which is very embarrassing in customer calls.
I never had these issues with the Sunrise contract pre 15. May 2021.
So far I had to exchange the Giga Connect Box, I tried IPv4 (lead to inability to use internet in Win 10), so I switched back to IPv6.
I am very dissatisfied with this contract so far and I have to get out if the service continues to be this instable unfortunately.
I hope UPC can provide a stable solution.
