So, I managed to cancel my subscription for UPC by phone. Then I am being told that I also need to cancel my SITEL subscription, which seems to be a company owned by UPC.
I try to contact SITEL and the only contact phone number I find on the SITEL invoice is the actual UPC hotline number where I called previously to cancel my UPC subscription, so, same company, as I said.
Now, does anyone know how can I easily unsubscribe from SITEL too?
Can I do it by phone? Do i need to send a letter? If so, where? There is no address specified on my SITEL invoices. It’s like this is a ghost company. To be frank, I have no idea what this company does and why I had to pay for both UPC and SITEL at the same time although this was never specified when I registered for UPC…
My second question is regarding the UPC customer support. Since SITEL seems to belong to UPC, why do they tell me to make an additional request to SITEL for the cancelation of my subscription? Since I am unsubscribing from them, can’t they unsubscribe me automatically from SITEL too? I never made ANY subscription for SITEL anyway. I just received their invoices automatically.
