I’m following the instructions on https://support-en.upc-cablecom.ch/app/answers/detail/a_id/6327/~/bridge-mode-with-technicolor-wlan-modem, but the option to switch the router mode is not present in the System menu.
I have verified that I’m not using IPv6 using the link provided on that page.
Is it still possible to use bridge mode, and if so, how?
Welcome to our Community! Have you already tried to call our hotline 0800 66 88 66? My colleagues can quickly switch you to IPv4.
I have the same problem. Can you check my account also and enable bridge mode?

You should be able now to use bridge mode. We have switched your IPV6 mode back into IPV4.
