Hello,

I recently bought a UPC internet connection in Zurich on 29 th April 2021.

During the sales process, I was promised that the 99 CHF Activation charge will be waived off and
I also have a 100 CHF Credit Note.
Please confirm if Paper bill is not active on my account as I want only ebill enabled.

However, the first bill for May 2021 still has that amount.

I have not spoken with customer care yet. I need the current bill fixed.

Can you please fix the current bill and update it in the system so I can pay it at the earliest ?

Activation Fee:
The credit for the activation has been added and will be shown on your next invoice.

Invoice:
The first invoice will always be sent by mail, unless you have made any adjustments to the invoice delivery before it is sent. Since you want the invoice to be sent by email, the next invoice will be sent to you by email. If you wish to pay your invoices via e-banking, you must register this in your e-banking.

Instead of that, can you get the bill details updated so that I dont need to pay 140 chf in this month bill.
