I am a UPC customer for 11+ years and have to change to another provider as I am moving to another kanton where there is no UPC connection in the apartment. I never wanted to change from UPC but have no choice due to unavailability. However after chasing the UPC customer service team for last 2 weeks on phone, I feel that I might be on the right path as UPC does not care about customers anymore. I fully understand that we are living in a COVID hit world but this still does not justify ignoring my request for last 2 weeks. I have been calling the customer care almost every 2nd day and have been constantly told that I will get a call back. The tickets raised by me were cancelled without any information.
I hope someone in UPC reads this post and helps me get the contract cancelled from end of June as this is when I vacate my current house.
