Dear UPS, are you really offering this to existing clients? “Upgrade” to 300 mbit/s for “only” 79 CHF, even though there is a an offer with 600 mbit/s for 69 CHF?

And then you cannot see the old offer anymore, until you open it in a new browser.
Not mentioning the funny webpage which is giving the offer, without a standard double confirmation, similar to adding to a cart and ordering, also without customer information.

And where is the confirmation email? No information in my UPC account about it.

How to cancel this order?

The offer you posted (600mbit) is only for new customers. After logging in, the offer will disappear as you are already an existing customer.

If you want to cancel your order now, please contact our customer service on 0800 66 88 66 (choose German and be connected to an English speaking person).

The offer with 600 for the full price (69) was available for existing customers, which is cheaper than what was offered to me (300 for 79).

I’m usually aware of such “offers”, but you really got me this time, since I expected some additional confirmation and forwarding to my UPC account to place an order and not through some non-UPC websites (tcx.ch, at least not clearly UPC, I don’t know if it’s yours).

Bottom line, not nice of UPC, in my opinion you crossed the line.

Customer service said nothing is ordered (even though the message on the link says it’s already ordered)

I’m looking forward what will happen in upcoming weeks.

Daniele, does that mean that you don’t work with this company on this offer?

The email came from info@e.upc.c email address like others do (e.g. monthly bill), together with my name and customer number and only the link in the email is from this company.

stil_e I do not know the exact link, as well as all companies (resellers) which can conclude subscriptions for UPC.

Please contact the company through which you purchased the subscription.

So, few months have passed, bill for June never arrived, but there it is, bill for July, with changed subscription already from June.

I never got any confirmation that I ordered something, never got a confirmation that subscription has changed and didn’t get a chance to cancel the order, just new bill with increased costs!

I don’t want this new subscription, I called support and also asked here to cancel all orders and everyone assured me no orders have been made.

Once again, I’m asking to cancel the order I never wanted and couldn’t cancel before.

The email with the offer came from upc.ch, so please don’t hide behind resellers.
