I have been a long time customer of UPC with no issues. Today, my internet was working fine in the morning but it became intermittently connected and disconnected in the afternoon. I have tried turning off and on the router but it didn’t help. I tried calling the helpline but was put on hold for 30mins. Can someone please help check my connection? This is affecting my work as everything is very slow and it keeps connecting and disconnecting.
