Hi all,
Pls note since yesterday evening my broadband connectivity is suddenly off. I tried rebooting the modem. But, nothing happened.

Many thanks Daniele. However, I am not able to connect this to my Devolo adapter linking to my home LAN network via the powerline. I’ve been able to do this multiple times in the past. But this time, to no avail.
I’ve reset the modem and re-tried a few times. It still failed to connect. Any advice on this?

Yes, indeed I reset these too. No positive signs that it’s working.

Or, do I need to change the modem’s mode from “router” to “modem”?

You have a Devolo device that is connected via powerline? Do you have to use your Devolo via Powerline?

Dear Daniele,
Sorry for the unclarity, you see I’m a total layman in network terms. Let me try to explain in laymen terms what I want to achieve. I have the UPC modem for the broadband internet and wish to extend it through electrical powerline to other rooms and other floors in my house. Therefore, I’m using the Devolo adapters to achieve this. It appears that I am not able to channel the broadband from the modem to the adapters.
I would appreciate much of your advice.

Sharhan Thank you for the additional explanation. Currently we see two devolos which are connected. (192.168.0.102 + 192.168.0.52).

Are these two not working?

It appear that all adapters are working. Did you reactivated something or, you’ve left the settings as it was?
