IP on Policy Blocklist (PBL) and blocked outgoing emails

Hello UPC Community,
since 23.3.2020 I cannot send e-mails from my SFR (french internet provider) emails. I get an error message from Outlook: “Client host 31.xx.xxx.xxx rejected for spamming issues; http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=31.xx.xxx"._
Has anyone an idea to solve the issue?

Thank you Daniele_Sunrise for your answer. The abuse team wrote: “If an email with SMTP auth is sent through a mail server these [Spamhaus PBL ] entries have no influence.”
I am not convinced after doing two test

I switched on my laptop the internet connection to a hotspot from my phone
2. I activated a VPN on my laptop

In both cases I could send emails without any problem.
So I conclude that the entry of my IP address in this list of blocked IP does have an influence on sending emails with SMTP-auth.
What do you think?

Meropi Please send your findings and further clarifications to our abuse specialists.

In my opinion, the PBL of Spamhaus blocks only if you send mails through an unauthenticated mail server. In the past, you were authenticated by the IP on the mail server. Today this is done with the email address and password via SMTP AUTH. Without this, you will not be able to send mails.

Problem solved @Daniele_Sunrise. I tried again to send e-mails with my UPC IP address, and it worked 🙂 .
I did not change any parameter: I was already using SMTP AUTH. The mystery is not solved, but the problem is . 🙌
