Hi,
Reolink camera when connected via UPC WiFi Extender is:

not accessible when I try to connect camera from phone with mobile data
push and e-mail notification are not working as well.

When camera is connected directly to Giga Connect Box everything is working perfectly, but unfortunately place where I need the camera is covered by WiFi Extender only.

If any one face same issue and know the solution I would be appreciated for advice.

We can change your modem to IPv4, so you can open the port for your webcam from outside. Do you want us to change your modem to IPv4?

Thanks Daniele_Sunrise. Yes please change to IPV4. Can you share as well additional instruction how to enable the DMZ for the Reolink Argus 2 and are any additional changes in WiFi Extender set up needed to open port for camera?

Martini We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then please try again.
