No internet connection

I have tried rebooting the modem and changing to other places.
There are two green lights, wifi logo on the top and two intersecting arrows.
The wifi logo is turned on constantly but the arrows are blinking.
The white led is turned on constantly too. (so I guess no problem with the cable connection)
I can connect to my internet from my devices but I cannot use it.
Please let me know how I can solve this.

As long as the arrows are blinking, there is no internet connection. I would call the hotline under 0800 66 88 66. Select german in the menu and ask for an english speaking person.
They can check the surrounding buildings for signal presence to narrow down the problem. It’s possible that a technician has to visit and solve the problem.
