Termination of subscription because of the move abroad

Hi!

I just complete my move request and I asked to terminate the subscription because I’m moving out of Switzerland. My move out date is May 1st, and I wanted to end my service on Apr 30, but the end date of service was automatically filled in as Jun 30 and it wasn’t editable. How can I change the end date of the service? Thanks.
