How to keep saved programs longer than 60 days

Dear Support
With the “new” TV box, the recorded programs are saved at the cloud.
I had just realized that they are deleted after 60 days.
There is a guide how to make them permanent at the stage of recording:

Unfortunately, I missed this and my recordings will disappear soon.
At least I did not find nothing in menus -
how to change the status of the recording to keep them permanently.
Could you please help me!

I had just realized, that at the beginning of the recording there are two options - 60 days or 1 year.
So, it look it is maximum 1 year.
It is different from the old boxes, where it was under user’s responsibility to clean the HDD, but the recordings were permanent.
Any ideas?

deh This is correct - with the old devices it had a built-in hard drive and you could store the recordings as long as it had space. Now you can choose 60 days or 1 year.

Thanks, so there is no way. Do I understand correctly that the change of the status of the already recorded program from 60 days to 1 year is not possible?

deh Exactly, unfortunately we can not adjust this after the event. But if the program is still available in the replay, you can program it again and then set 1 year.
