I assume you’re talking about UPC in Switzerland.
If so, UPC has quite a few hardware products and revisions. You’ll need to describe your cable in more detail. What’s on either end? Any coloured ring? Which two devices does the cable connect?
With an accurate description, UPC typically send replacement cables for free. Or you can take the old cable to a UPC shop and they’ll replace it.
