Internet speed drops consistently every 30 seconds

Hello,
I have a problem where my download and upload speeds drop dramatically every 30 seconds or so for anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds as seen in my recent cnlab speedtests:

My network configuration is simply a Connect Box and 1 network switch.

This drop in speed occurs via Wi-Fi as well as Ethernet (with or without the network switch) on all devices.
I have tried everything I can think of including:

Resetting the Connect Box
Disconnecting all but 1 device before performing the test
Refreshing IP address manually client-side

Any help in getting closer to a fix would be greatly appreciated.

We see a channel bonding error with your modem. Please contact our support on 0800 66 88 66 so that they can start an in-depth analysis.

Spent 2 hours on the phone today, no luck yet… Was advised to do a 12 hour cnlabs speed test for conclusive evidence that something is wrong, despite shorter tests already showing it to be the case. Frustrating!
