Film fans and series junkies in particular can look forward to Change Day: Puls 8 HD, the new blockbuster channel, goes live on 8 October 2015 in German-speaking Switzerland and is free-to-air for all upc cablecom customers. Furthermore, the TV offer will be extended in all regions.
From tomorrow, 6 October 2015, there will be even more HD channels. The English-language news channel Ukraine Today will be available from tomorrow in all regions. In Ticino, a range of Italian documentary channels such as Discovery Travel & Living HD and Discovery Science HD will enhance the Comfort TV package. For the first time in Switzerland, the sports news channel Gazetta TV will be broadcast in Ticino. In German-speaking Switzerland, Puls 8 HD provides film and series entertainment around the clock. Until the channel goes live, a programme information trailer will be shown in the relevant channel slot.
The introduction of Puls 8 HD will give rise to a small adjustment to the channel slots in German-speaking Switzerland:

The TV channels and new channel order will be updated tomorrow between 8 am and 5 pm. The Horizon HD Recorder, the HD Mediabox and the converter will implement the changes automatically.
Anyone using a DigiCard or a TV set without a receiver must perform a manual channel search. This is generally activated using the “Menu” button on the remote control. You can find more information in the user manual of your TV set. If various parameters need to be entered during the channel search, these can be found on the respective website.
