Finally getting around to trying to fix this - life getting in the way of life, but have been without this working internet for at least a year. Work has been flat out and I’ve been procrastinating and compensating by using other internet means.
It stopped working shortly after I moved in to my apartment - my landlord then replaced the ConnectBox and it worked for about a week or two then stopped again.
Network diagnostics troubleshooter on the ConnectBox shows a red triangle when “Checking Broadband Service” and indicates the following:
- The temperature of your Connect Box is normal
- Your broadband connection is up
- Gateway IPv4 address is not valid
- Your broadband connection is down
Any thoughts or anyone run into the same / similar issue?
