Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ve been trying since a couple of days to request the cancellation of my contract using the phone 0800 900 210, but it doesn’t have an option in English. I’ve used the german and french options, and the answer received is that an english-speaking agent will contact me, but this has never happened. Your support would be appreciated.

When I’ve needed to call I always select German and then stay on the line while they find an English-speaking person. Try to make them put you on hold rather than saying they’ll call you back. Like most companies I know, “We’ll call you back” usually doesn’t happen.
