Internet connection spotty

My internet connection goes down about 10 times a day. Usually, it comes back after a minute or so but sometimes I have to reboot the modem to get internet service. Do I need to replace the modem? Please advise.

The signal quality is fine. Also we can’t see any interruptions on the network side.

What we also see is that currently 9 devices are connected via 2.4GHz WIFI and none via 5GHz or LAN.

You could now connect the devices that are closer to the modem with the 5GHz WIFI and all the others with the 2.4GHz. We also recommend you to connect the important devices via LAN cable. What we could do from our side would be the change to IPv4.

Or it could be a signal problem. The support should be able look up your signal quality and strengths.
Have you had contact with them under 0800 66 88 66?

Greetings,
I also experienced poor quality Internet connection since last September.
Any chance to improve the service and send me a more powerful router? The customer service on the phone is really not helpful nor helping.

Are you having low speed (measured via LAN cable with 1Gbit adapter) or complete outages without any internet? Or something else? That’s important for the problem analysis.
