Hello everyone,

I have just moved to a new apartment and I cannot get my connect box to work, I have the green blinking arrows. My horizon TV box works with no problem though.

My connections look like this:

Do I need a different cable from the connect box to the wall now? If so how do I get one?

Also, how do I go about swapping my Horizon box for the newer one?

You really got the Wiclic plug into this 2 plug socket? Not bad 😉
You need two new cables, so that you are able to connect the ConnectBox zu the left socket and the Horizon to the right one (or via verse). I hope the plug is still operational, else a technician has to replcace it.

If you want to change from the Horizon to the UPC TV Box, you have to have a new subscription. You can find them on the homepage of upc.ch

TheSven haha, yes the Wiclic is only just hanging in there.

Looking at your post I definitely have the wrong cable types for the new property, so hopefully @Daniele_Sunrise can help me here with new ones. Is it possible to get slightly longer ones, i.e 3m?
