Client since 2005! In 10 yrs, one modem died one router not compatible. Very few modem reboots (max 15 times in 10yrs). Did not skip one single payment…and yet, Cablecom is not able to fix it. Multiple phone calls. What does it take them to change a basic cable modem?
Never HAD problem like in the last month. This is ridiculous!
Lost internet and phone (cablecom phone) twice. First time tech person from hotline said, he couldn’t reach the cable modem. Second time, he said that first he needed to setup up an appointment to send out a technician to check signal, and make sure everything else is ok.
Tech person came; said internet cable was not properly connect. LOL, probably that same cable has been connected for so many years, and I never experience such problem. Now all of a sudden, the problem is the cable. No one touches that, but I let him do it.
Now today 23 September 2015, internet went down again at 18.51. No phone (of course). Not all led lights are on the modem. Tried cable modem reboot, zero, nada, nothing.
WHEN A SOLUTION FOR A SERVICE THAT I PAY FOR??
