I just replaced my broken iPhone with an unlocked Samsung Galaxy J3. Everything works except the data (I can make calls/texts, recieve calls/texts, connect to WiFi, etc). All of the data is turned on and I’ve tried resetting and restarting the phone, but if I turn off WiFi, I don’t get any internet service and the data icons don’t appear. UPC hotline is not in English. Thanks for any insight you can offer!
