Connect 500 Upload speed only 2MB/s

I’ve upgraded to the Connect 500 (from Connect 200), I can see that my download speed spikes up to ~49MB/s which totally OK, but the Upload max is only ~2.4MB/s (~= 20Mbit/sec) while Connect 500 claims to have 50Mb/s ~= 6.2MB/s.

I sync alot of data with my servers using Resilio and rsync, so the upload speed is more important for me.

Please advise.
