Hi everyone.
I’m losing 80%-100% of packets when I ping my own public address and the
customer service told me that everything should work correctly because my modem (according to them) is aligned.
There’s worst: they even asked me if my devices were wired or wifi. That’s irrelevant, do they even know anything about PAT (NAT Overloading)?
They said I’m going to receive a phone call from the “next level” in about 4-7 days.
I’m running a (non-commercial) server and losing users every minute.
Maybe I should consider changing my ISP ?
