Your screenshot shows the WAN (internet) IP address not the one your router has on your LAN.
Is it the Internet IP address you want to change? If so, then you can try clicking on “release” and “renew” but I reckon you’ll just get the same one back again. I don’t know how long UPC ’s lease time is - does anyone know? Click “release” at night, turn the router off, and then see if you get allocated a different IP address when you turn it back on the next day.. If that doesn’t work, try 24 hours (not that I could cope with no internet for 24 hours!).
