katsiaryna Hi, I’ve got the Europe subscription with 4Gb of data but suddenly internet stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy S7. I’ve checked the APN configuration (upcnet/internet.ch.upcmobile.com), and all seems fine. Any ideas what could go wrong?

Do you have now active Internet services again on your mobile phone? If not I recommend to contact our hotline for immediate support (phone no. 0800 66 88 66 ). There might be a longer waiting time then usual though. However, my colleagues will be able to help you should you need further assistance. We also have agents fluent in English.
