Very disappointed with my first invoice from UPC.
First: Asking for a pdf of your bill triggers a message telling you that the pdf may take up to 5 days to be ready. Why on Earth would that be? I have never seen a company do this (I am new to Switzerland though).
Second: The invoice is NOT itemized. One has to request an itemized invoice. itemized should be the default. What company makes it this hard to find out what the customer is being charged for?
Third: Trying to get the itemized version of my invoice. Go to Change Billing Options. Try to change the Usage Details and select Yes, I want all usage details itemized on my bill. Click Confirm and nothing happens! Back to the Change Billing Option screen.
UPC gives the impression of trying very hard to hide the itemized bill. Not a good image for a company.
Any ideas?
