I’ve send my initial order to UPC and now I’m waiting for a modem…
It’s my first Internet-access contract in Switzerland, so maybe this question looks a bit strange.
Unfortunately, I have not found this information in official UPC papers or on this forum.
If I activate the received modem, for example, 28th September 2017:
1.How UPC defines Start/Finish dates of my 12-month contract, based on the order date or based on activation date? Should it be 28/09/2017-27/09/2018 ?
2. how much I will pay for first month (September’2017): for a full month or for 3 days?
3. How much will be the last bill in September’2018?
