I would need support with this:

Why can I only access my Kittyo when I’m on my home WiFi?If your network is behind a firewall, your router may be blocking outside connections. If port forwarding is something you are comfortable doing on your own, simply forward TCP ports 40,000 & 40,001 and point them to your Kittyo.

When I go to the port forwarding section of my admin panel I cannot create any additional port forwarding. How come? What’s the procedure?

You’ve posted this in TV / Mediabox, but it looks like the Connect Box GUI.

Is it the Connect Box? did you create those other four rules? They seem wrong - four different ports going to port 80. You could try deleting those (assuming you didn’t create them) and then create the one you need.
