I am still facing a problem with upc mobile. Last week i have posted a comment regarding mobile plan complaint , which i had not received. I am adding more comments to that. Still i have not received the desired and desereved plan which they had posted 2 months back. I had taken UPC phone 2 months before as sim card connection transfer from sunrise to upc. But when i took this connection plan is only for 29/month. But i already had a combo with tv and landline. So my plan has to come automaticaly with 10chf reduction,according to the months,which upc mobile plan had taken. But after my mobile phone connection got activated, they refused to give this 10chf reduction and they have increased the mobile plan rate to 35chf automaticaly without our knowledge. Its very bad. Now this month we got a bill with 38chf with no reason. My mobile plan is overall switzerland its unlimited for mobile data and phone calls to all network also. So they are simply sending bill with more money. I can never recomend anyone for upc cablecom mobile connection. They are simply cheating us with wrong information. This offer was displayed in UPC Cablecom webpage. After i faced this problem, i came to hear that lot of peoples have already faced this same situation. And they all went away from upc cablem to other mobile service providers.
I need to inform you that, At the time when i took this UPC connection, mobile plan was 29/month. So after i combined with my existing Home upc plan. It has to come with 10chf reduction (29chf-10chf= 19chf). This is not my problem,You can check your 3 months BACK upc mobile plan.It was only 29chf/month. So the total amount i has to pay per month with reduction is only 19chf for mobile. I think you guys will consider seriously and will solve my problem as soon as possible. I expect you will send me a new bill with this reduced amount. And I have to get this bill merge with my UPC Home bill for this month. Because Every month when we make a call to your customer support, you guys are simply says, the updated bill with reduction amount will get on next month bill and it will be merged with my Home UPC bill. But still i am getting different bills without merged. And now i am paying 19chf additional amount(38chf(present bill)-19chf(old plan with reduction)=19chf) . According to 3 months back mobile plan i have to pay only 19chf per month. This is a human right to get the mentioned plan on their website..
If they cann’t give the mentioned offer , they no need to mention any upc cablecom mobile plans in the UPC Cablecom webpage.
