One week and still no connection!! No response and no callback from technical support
I am new to Geneva, and subscribed to UPC Cablecom on 1st of this month. It was checked before that my apartment building already has Cablecome connectivity and I received the modem promptly. However, it’s been 6 days and I have no internet after installing the modem.
I have repeatedly called the technical support and they always mention that something might be wrong with my modem, and someone from technical department will call me back in 24 hours, 48 hours, so on and so forth. However, there is still no call yet, and I am suffering becuase of no connectivity.
Can someone please help on what should be done? I have lost important emails due to this unresponsive behavior, and not sure where should I escalate this issue.
