Hello, here i am trying to solve this problem for the 648x time.
UPC has send me a SMS saying that the last payment wouldn’t have been received by them, which is true, the payment was denied by the bank and cam back i don’t know why. Anyway, i called to them in the same day as i received the SMS saying it(23 November) as i wanted to pay the bill and not have my service cut down. During the call i asked to the attendant how much i had to pay, and guess what, he gave me the wrong amount, which was less, which caused me to pay less(NOT BECAUSE I WANTED, BECAUSE I WAS GAVE THE WRONG AMOUNT TO PAY). I paid the amount gave to me on the same day, 23 of november. So without any warning, contact or anything, on the 30 of november they have cut down my internet. Yesterday(30 nov) i called them to try to solve this problem, i was informed that i have paid the wrong amount as you attendant gave me wrong amount to pay. I paid what was left of the bill to pay, i have sent you guys A TOTAL LEGIBLE PHOTO OF THE COMPROVANT. And here i am, two days that i can’t work as i totally depend of the internet to do so, because of a stupid mistake from you guys.
SO PLEASE, enter in contact with me someone WHO WANTS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM, as i need the internet NOW and it’s not like i tried not to pay the **bleep**ing bill
