Dear community,
I moved home yesterday and although I received confirmation a few days back that I could take the device and plug in the sockets to use TV and Internet, it is not working.
The Horizon box shows offline and my Connect Box has green blinking lights. I suspect the new connection has not been physically connected in my new apartment.
Does anyone know what would be my next step? I tried calling technical support but after 25 minutes of music I was still not able to speak with someone. (My order number isĀ 211668591)
