I signed up the day before I moved into my apartment, and left the delivery option on default, which said about three days. As a result, the next day at 8:14 am when the box was delivered (which I’m really impressed at the speed of), my name was not yet on the letterbox and the item is being returned to you as “Recipient not found at address”.
Can I get the box sent out again, as I do actually live there? I also can’t sign on to MyUPC, it give me an error every time I try to register with my Last Name and Customer Number, any chance of getting that to work so I can use the nearby UPC free wifi while I’m waiting for the delivery?
