I have moved my UPC internet to a new address, but found out the connection is sealed.
The technician has checked before I moved the address and said the connection was good.
I tried to make a phone call (0800 66 88 66), however, it did not work, for two reasons: 1) I don’t speak French. 2) the waiting time is super long…
Can I ask someone to help removing the sealing? My address is Rue Louis-Chollet 5a and my phone number is 0766727501.
