I joined UPC two weeks ago with a Horizon/ internet/ mobile package.
Since then they have sent me the wrong phone - then promised to replace it- then failed to get in touch and now do not respond to my emails. When I call I am told the person who can help will call me back but they don’t and I have spent a good few hours now trying to get a resolution but hitting a wall so far.
I am inclined to cancel the entire contract and go to swisscom who I was with for 8 years before and dint have such issues. UPC seemed a better deal but perhaps I am getting what I paid for? ie. poor service/ follow up?
Can anyone advise what I can do before going to the final option of taking my custom back to Swisscom?
