Hi. This is not a question… but I had need to telephone UPC yesterday and what a rubbish service I was given by the ‘gentleman’ who answered the phone.
I asked to speak to an English speaking person and was told ‘in English’ there was no one available and I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a call back. I stated to tge guy that he was speaking English so why coukdn’t he help me and he said, again in English… ‘I am not speaking English, I don’t speak English’. The long and short of this, I stood my ground and got to speak to his supervisor who spoke brilliant English (even though the guy said his boss didn’t speak English). I got my question answered and I await a response from my formal complaint.
the morale of this story… Stand your ground with UPC customer services and don’t give in!! … … Good luck all 😊
