Hello,
I left from Switzerland at the end of August last year, and I arranged to have all the UPC equipment back to the company, after receiving a paid post receipt by UPC in order to post it back.
After all this time, I keep receiving bills from UPC, although I do not live in Switzerland or I am their customer - all procedures have been followed and even the My UPC page says that my account has been closed.
I communicated with UPC and they told me it’s because I didn’t send back the equipment! I explained that this was not the case and told them when I sent the equipment using the paid sticker they sent me.
After this, I still receive bills from UPC and this is now very irritating!
Can someone please something, as the customer service obviously do not respond to my emails!
