Dears,

I have received the Connect Box today. Connected it to the cable socket, but the two arrows keep on blinking.

I have called UPC support they said my registration is complete and they don’t know what is the problem.

I have the solid white line on, the wireless green light on and the two arrows blinking green.

I tried disconnecting and connecting again several times, I even tried to connect it to another cable socket in my apartment with no success.

Did anyone face such a problem? Any suggested solutions?

Can you please try to plug your TV with a cable on the socket? Do you get any TV channels? If not, then your plug is sealed and you Need to contact your Administration of the living room for unplug the socket.
