I am waiting for a refund of 330CHF since March this year. I call almost every week and get same answer: refund was paid in May. The problem is that it was not paid (at least not to me), I didn’t get any refund,
I can show bank statement to confirm this if needed.
Once, after contacting support I received an email with apologies and that my case was forwarded to finance department and I should receive an SMS with confirmation. That was 3 weeeks ago, and I never received any answer on my follow up emails.
I would really appreciate information on my case.
