Problem to Pairing the remote control

Hello,

I received the horizon box + wifi equipment last friday.

The internet is working fine, but when I tried to complete the installation of the box I couldn’t.

I’m stuck to select the language to proceed the instalation.

I am trying to pairing the remote control but it is not working for me. When I click on the “pair button” the locket button should blink 3 times but it is not happening. The locker button doesnt blink, it keep the ligth green for a long time and the remote control doesnt work.

I receive a new remote control already but it still in the same situation, could you help me?

The problem was in the box. They changed the box and everything worked fine.

Yeas it need to blink 3 times. I had the same problem yesterday with a box of my colleague. My solution helped. I have no other idea, what you can do. Perhaps retry my step by step instruction one more time? 😄

I did it already without success. The lock button should blink 3 times after pairing, correct? But it is not happening.

Can you please try to do this?

1. Plug out the batteries and put em in again

2. click 10 seconds on the pairing button on the backside of the controller

3. take your device off the power and turn it back on.

4. you will see the installation screen again

5. now you can choose the language
