Biggsp Hi all. Not sure if others are suffering from the same issue… but our Horizon box keeps updating and saying ‘loading’. I can’t believe that UPC are doing this many updates. It happens nearly everyday. There is nothing wrong with our internet and the box doesn’t show ‘offline’. Any ideas anyone??
jackmo120 Thanks for the help. Very reluctant to do a factory reset as last time we did that, we lost all our recordings on the box.

Helpie I dont think, that UPC is doing daily updated on the horizon box. Perhaps you can set it back to factory settings and retry? If it does not work, you need to call the hotline. Greetings Helpie
