I think I have a cable for cable TV & internet acces coming into my house but it seems to go next door via the attic.

How can I get that checked to confirm if I can get access to UPC/Cablecom or not?

Is there a specialist who can come look for me?

Once that is clear I want to know if there will be installation costs before I sign up.

Who could help me figure that out?

@simpsodm, when you order a product from UPC, your property will be checked if necessary. But if UPC products were already in use, then probably nothing has to be checked. The owner of the property will be informed of the costs, if any.

How will I then know what it will cost to get connected? This is just in case I have to get some extra installation work done, for example, to get a cable connection set up in the house…

How will I know for sure before committing so that I do not get any surprises after?
