Dear UPC Community,
Hope you guys are doing well and hope you can help find a solution on how tackle this problem i have encountered.
I took a Mobile contact a year ago and has expired in 12.09.2018 and i called to cancel but was asked by the agent on why i was cancelling i did told the agent as it did not have any network services in places i visited, The agent was very friendly and told me from Januar 2019 UPC network will be using using Swisscom networks so i was happy to hear but i said i would rather get a new subscription at that moment and the agent said i could park my mobile subscription until Jan 2019 and that i would not pay any fees so i said great please do that.
I called 1 week later to say that the mobile was still active and the agent said it should take a couple of days.
I received a SMS message the 3.10.2018 saying they could get hold of me and i could back after a few mins, A few mins after being switched from different agents because the ticket was done in french i was sent to a french speaking agent and i explained that i was calling about ticket 11648188, So after a few mins of discussion i told the agent i was tired of it and would like to cancel the Mobile subscription then the agent said somebody wall call me or get in touch of me.
I waited until today that i got my by bill for Oct and found my Mobile is also included in my Internet, Telephone and T.V subscription.
I like UPC Cablecom and don’t want cancel my whole subscriptions because of this mishap.
So please if you have any information help in how to go about this i would appreciate it.
