Switch to UPC

Dear community,

Is there a procedure to switch to upc Mobile from Swisscom.

For example at the moment my yearly subscription has ended since August and would like to switch to UPC mobile in January.

Should I cancel and ask to have my phone switched to prepaid or is there another way in doing this.
